Password Reset

If you are locked out of your Mobile & Online Banking please call State Bank of Bement at (217)-678-2311 and a team member will assist you in resetting your password. 
 
If you would like to change your password independently you can do so by accessing Settings in either the Mobile App or Online Platform. From there you can change your password once your current password has been entered. Additionally you can enable Face I.D. and Multi-Factor Authentication from Settings.
